if i had an open box of baking soda in my fridge for a couple months, can i still use it to bake or will it make my cookies taste funny?
Don’t use it. Don’t even THINK about using it! Do you realize how much bacteria is in that baking soda? Plus all the “lovely” flavors it soaked up from your fridge? Your cookies would taste like dirt if you used it.
