I am baking a variety of different cookies to put in tins for the holidays for family members, friends, and coworkers. I would like to label the cookies in some way, I don’t think that I need to list all the ingredients i used, since i have already check for these peoples allergies. But I would like to label them somehow. Like when you get a box of chocolates and under them is what flavor they are, something like that but maybe little tabs or something…ideas please!
Get some plain card, normally from a stationery shop, and use your computer to print out what you want on the card.
Punch a hole at the top of the card and tie to the tin using some fancy ribbon.

Just a quick question out there for anyone who uses these. Do you have to grease them like an ordinary tin? I am using a loaf tin to make a loaf of bread. How easy is it to remove the finished product from the mould. Do you have to wait until it is cool or do you take it out after a few minutes like an ordinary tin? Any other hints or tips would also be appreciated.Thank you
Yes they have to be lightly greased, remember to place it on a solid tray before you put it in the oven, other than that treat it as you would a normal tin
