Left over spiral baked ham recipes?
Any ideas for some creative uses for left over spiral baked ham? Other than the norm-such as omelets or sandwiches?

Tammy Wynette’s Southern Stuffed Belle Peppers
1 pan cooked cornbread (8×12 pan)
1 16 ounce can niblet corn drained
1 16 ounce can stewed tomatoes, chopped
16 ounce of peas drained
1-2 pounds of caned ham cut into cubes, or left over ham you cooked
6 large bell peppers cored, parboiled
6 strips of bacon
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Crumble cornbread into large mixing bowl. Add corn, tomatoes and peas. Mix until evenly moist. Add ham and mix thoroughly. Stuff mixture into bell peppers and place in Large Glass Baking Dish. Spoon excess stuffing around peppers and place one strip of bacon around top of each pepper. Bake for 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
Note: I don’t parboil the peppers I bake them on 350 for 1 hour.
