So, do schools give the Science Fair project for the parents to do?
I mean, when I was a kid, I threw some Baking Soda And Vinegar into a fake volcano and that was that. Now it’s so competitive and showy, it seems like the parents are doing all the work. Can’t we go back to slackerdom?
Up till this year I played a big part in my kids science fair projects. This year my child did it all on her own and still recieved 2nd place.
You didn’t mention how old of the child you have thait is doing the project. It does get easier and less work on the parent as they get older.
Grades 2 & up. Make a solid volcano with the mold and plaster that is provided. Paint and decorate it with lava flow, landscapes, etc. Put baking soda and vinegar into the crater and watch the eruption. Everything you need is in the kit….
