Bite-sized 'diet' biscuits and desserts

If you have girlfriends that are concerned about their figure and worried about eating desserts and cookies, here is a small solution:

Keep your homebaking small!

There are many diet, low fat, alternative and replacement recipes that you can use, but I find that if there is a recipe that is loved by your friends, then just use that for your next get-together, but keep the sizes small!

Some people might be tempted to munch on more smaller bite-sized cookies and desserts, but I find this is usually the best solution for an all-round good times that everyone can enjoy.

This ensures that you keep in all the taste and flavour, and it allows all those that are diet conscious to still enjoy a good catch-up among friends.

Smallest things (and cookies) in life ARE the best!

Simple Homebaking pleasures...

I was having difficulty thinking about what to bake for a group of friends of mine today. After many thoughts about which homebaking cookie recipes would suit who, etc. I remembered that the simplest things in life are often the best!

So, instead of trying to come up with a fancy cookie recipe, I have decided to just bake and share the homebaked goodies as soon as possible... and let the good times roll between friends.

Afterall, that's what really counts. Homebaked cookies and desserts just makes it all easier to share good memories between friends.

Steamed Cupcakes / Muffins

I am recently in Taiwan and love all the desserts and baked goods you can find here.

Here are three steamed cupcakes that I have never tried before:
Grey Earl Tea, Cranberry (with cranberry fruit pieces) and Raspberry.

The texture is light and fluffy and not too sweet.

My fav will have to be the Earl Grey. I love my tea and this is a 2-in-1!! Great flavours, lots of taste. Perfect over an afternoon tea.
