How to remove spaghetti bolognaise stain from plastic?
Ok my husband put a dirty pan which I had made spaghetti bolognaise in, in the dishwasher. However as he didnt clean it I had my baby bottles in there as well. So the teats of the baby bottles are now yellow. I cant seem to get rid of this yellow oily greasy stain..I have soaked them in boiling hot soapy water and still cant remove it. I also soaked them in baking soda and scrubbed them in baking soda and they are still yellow…Any ideas? Thanks
Tomato is a photo-sensitive stain which means it will disappear in sunlight!
I had the same thing happen to some storage containers & popping them outside in the sun worked well.
Not sure I would bother with bottle teats though…I think I would prefer to err on the safe side & just replace them, after all, they go in bubba’s mouth & you just don’t want to take the risk that sunlight might degrade them enouigh to cause them to split & become a choking hazard!!!!!
